INVESTMENTS
Smiles and excitement are most important! For the kiddos, snacks, incentives, and toys (such as bubbles) are always great in keeping their attention. During the warm summer months a bottle of water to keep hydrated, and warm clothing (hats, gloves, blankets) for those other chilly Rochester months. The warm clothing will not necessarily be worn, but used to heat up between shots.
If a pet will be joining you on your photoshoot, please bring enough treats. Please also bring a leash so we may have them safely off to the side for pictures they won't be in.

Deposit
A $50 non-refundable retainer fee or deposit is required to reserve your session. Deposit will be made on the"INVEST" page and will apply towards total cost of chosen investment package. Rescheduling of a session is acceptable if contact is made within 48 hours of scheduled session.
Months tend to fill up quickly; do so ASAP to reserve your slot. Please only place deposit after having connected with me to determine date/time/location.
Weather in Rochester can be tricky at times! If it is forecasted to rain on the day of your shoot and you would like to reschedule, please do so 48 hours prior. However, I do love rain and snowy sessions, so if you're up for getting a little wet and dirty, let's do it! I also have a few locations that will permit indoor/outdoor sessions allowing us to be outside without being exposed to the elements. Again, if this is of interest to you, please contact me.
Weather
Props are not necessary but sometimes requested. While I'm not a prop photographer per-se, I do have several at my disposal such as crates, ladders, and cute blankets. If there are any props you would like to include and bring, please contact me so we can coordinate.

Upon making your downpayment and filling out the Pre-Session Questionnaire, you will be provided with a Style Guide. I have made it easy to coordinate your outfit selections for optimal aesthetics.
Please follow this guide when choosing clothing and accessories - it will definitely pay dividends come gallery day!
Children function and perform best when rested, relaxed, and having fun. Parents, please do not stress during the shoot as it will be transferred to your little ones. Relax, let me be your guide, and have confidence that we'll capture amazing timeless memories together.
Please plan accordingly for traffic and weather as time can be of the essence especially during sunset shoots.
Tips
My editing style is clean and natural. My photos are a snapshot in time for your future self and so I want you to remember them as you are. While I do not over-edit and alter reality, I will do essential enhancements (e.g., exposure and color correction, teeth whitening, and sharpening).
The Pre-Session Questionnaire will address whether you'd like beautifully colorful images, timeless black and white, or a mixture of both.
Revisions
After receiving your online gallery, you are able to save, download, share, and print your images.
After investing in professional pictures, you deserve professional prints that match. Directly from your personal gallery you are able to order professional quality prints, canvases, mounted prints, metal prints, etc.
Keepsakes

Depending on your investment package, you will receive teaser photos as early as the same day as your photoshoot.
Once all of your best photos are edited, they will be posted into your password protected gallery. From here, you are able to save, download, share, and print your favorites.
While you are free to download and share your images with family and friends at your leisure, please do not alter, edit, or apply any filters to the finished products. The photos should remain untouched. Additionally, it is highly appreciated if a photo credit (Danielle Snow Photography) is applied when sharing images online.
